Many people play with lies. Some people do all sorts of things through lying and, at the end of it all, they are hailed as smart, brilliant and clever.
There are many people who tell tonnes and tonnes of lies each day in order to have their way in the business they do. Some have told so many lies that they get lost along the line and could no longer trace their way back in the words they crafted in delivering their lies. At that stage, nemesis would have caught up with them or truth itself overtook them and their lies.
There are many trades, businesses or professions that a true believer, a true child of God will find very hard to engage in. Not that such trades, businesses or professions are not legitimate, but because of what go on therein.
In some businesses, they will be frustrated by the kind of things that are practised there and those who delight in doing them. A true child of God will not engage in dishonesty, insincerity, deceit or lying in order to make money in his line of business. A true child of God will be honest, sincere, truthful, reliable in rendering his service. In some businesses, these virtues are frowned at.
There are some automobile engineers, a.k.a. mechanics whose clients cannot trust because they not only render poor service deliberately, they also vandalise the vehicles of their clients. They steal and sell parts they have removed from the same vehicle they are given to service or repair.
Most of their clients always regret bringing their vehicles to their workshops for repairs or servicing because by the time they come for their vehicles, they find them worse than when they took them there.
These types of automobile engineers make their clients to buy the same spare parts they had removed from their vehicles as new ones. They collect money from their clients to buy new spare parts for their vehicles, but end up buying the fake or inferior ones at cheap prices. They will lie and swear in the names of their gods in order to convince their clients that they bought and fixed brand new and genuine parts in their vehicles.
This is how some automobile engineers do their business every day making evil money.
If you are an automobile engineer and you are like this, can I tell you that that this habit of lying, deceiving and cheating are already your passport, visa and ticket to hell? Can I tell you that if you are like the characters described here that you are sitting on a keg of gun power which can explode any time and you will become a self made casualty?
All the”Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!” You are shouting about in the church to “thank God” for His mercies and financial blessings in your business are equally fake. You cannot “bribe” God with your fake testimonies. If you must know, let me tell you, God is angry with anyone doing the type of thing you are doing for as long as you continue doing it. The Bible says that “…God is angry with the wicked every day…” Psalm 7:11B.
As a matter of fact, you can never receive God’s favour for as long as you continue in deceiving, cheating and lying to your clients.
Do you want to be successful and an authority in your chosen field of endeavour? Then you must change and repent. Remove your hand from evil. Turn to Jesus your Saviour who died for you to save you from the consequences of these evil things you are doing.
Jesus is not far from any repentant person who is ready to turn over a new leaf and return to Him.
Don’t cast your glorious destiny and soul into hell because of your love of money.
The next set of people are the traders. They are at the top of the pecking order of those who need the touch of the Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Traders are ‘champions’ in the art of lying, cheating and deceiving. It doesn’t matter what they are selling: rice, beans, grocery materials, peppers (chilli), clothes, motor spare parts, shoes, farm produce, frozen food, provision, etc.
One of their hallmarks is the use of false measurements. They never speak the truth about the current prices of what they are selling.
The scales they use for weighing their goods are thoroughly adjusted to give false weights.
Then the cups and other measuring instruments are equally adjusted, some are called”magic cups” which have been well padded in the inside to make it look big outside but inside already filled with pads for false contents.
Are you there and you are one of those in the business of selling these food materials such as soybeans, cowpea or beans, rice, Mellon seeds, maize, baking flour and other materials that are sold in measurements, and you know that you have been using all sorts of methods to cheat and deceive your customers just to make unjust gains? It is not too late for you to desist from this evil. You can get rid of those cups, basins, buckets and other unjust measuring vessels you have been using to cheat unsuspecting customers. Don’t let the Lord come and meet you with your instruments of deceit.
A 50 kilogram bag of rice that you purchased at N10,000.00, you want to sell it for N20,000.00 through lies and cheating.
What shall it profit you pepper seller, garri seller, frozen food seller, palm oil seller, or whatever it is that you are selling, to gain the whole world and lose your precious soul?
It is time for you to repent and turn over a new leaf. Call upon God to have mercy on you and deliver you from the spirit of Mammon and money.
The standard of just measurement has been laid down by God Himself right in the Bible. You might have been thinking that God does not have any interest in your business. O yes, He does. You are wrong.
In fact, God is concerned with how you measure that garri, rice, beans, corn, soybeans, vegetable oil, frozen meat and fish. Hear what He says about how you should measurre the goods that you sell: “Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure. Just balances, just weights, a just epha and a just him shall ye have: I am the LORD your God…” (Leviticus 19:35-36). Did you read that in the Bible?
God knew that certain goods are to be sold in measurements and weighed in balances (scales) to fix their prices appropriately. He knew and so He set the standards for just weight, just balances, just measurements and put them down in the Bible for you and me to follow
God is going to judge the traders based on how they measure and weigh what they sell to people. This is very clear and should settle in our hearts.
Some traders sell fake and expired goods deliberately to their fellow human beings just to make money at the expense of the souls of others
Some frozen food sellers will still weigh rotten meat that have started changing colour to green and smelli g to the unsuspecting buyers, not minding what harm that could cause the people who would eat it. They just want to maximize profit, no matter what health problem the eater would encounter from consuming such meat or fish.
Well, if you are one of those who sell expired goods and edible things to people, your fellow human beings, not minding the harm you are causing them in so doing, just because you want to maximize profit, you don’t need any prophet or soothsayer to tell you how your end will be.
But I know you can no longer feign ignorance of what you are doing. You know now that you have been doing evil to your fellow human beings and at the same time committing sin against God.
Thank God you are still alive today to read this warning. You can deliver your soul from eternal destruction and the anger of God by turning away from this evil. You have the opportunity to mend your way today and start doing your business with the fear of God.
Other people who take lying, cheating and deceiving people for granted are students, teachers, school owners and parents. I can say it without mincing words that the fall in the standard of education today can be traced to the satanic activities of teachers, school owners, students and their parents.
Putting all the blame on the government will amount to giving a dog a bad name in order to hang it. The governments have their own faults, but they have provided infrastructure for teaching and learning in the public schools and I doubt if what I am talking about here takes place in the public schools.
The privately owned schools are the major culprits and they are to blame. They are the bane of poor academic delivery in the society.
Many private schools allow examination malpractices in their schools, particularly the secondary schools. The problem of poor academic performances in public examinations can be traced to these school owners.
They hardly have time to monitor and ensure that their students are given quality teaching. Their time is spent mostly on looking for satanic powers and engaging in all sorts of occultic and witchcraft activities to grow the population of their schools and make bloody money rather than the success of their students.
Most of the teachers are also birds of a feather with them. So, the schools become occult and witchcraft covens where occultic and witchcraft activities are taught the children while providing half-hearted academic teaching. This is what leads to examination malpractices whereby the students have no choice than to look up to the teachers to help them write their exams.
Some of these school owners call themselves pastors, prophets and evangelists; shouting Jesus, Lord, Lord just to deceive the gullible ones and to cover their true colour and wicked acts.
As for the teachers, it is a serious matter. I shudder and wonder in shock whenever I look at some teachers and see how they spend a large part of their time every day engaging in all sorts of horrifying occult and witchcraft activities during school hours. I have seen this in all the schools I have ever worked.
One annoying aspect of these teachers is that they pretend to be the most religious people around. It is unbelievable. I don’t know how these teachers could find their way to heaven.
I don’t know why it is so, but I have noticed that most of the teachers and school owners I have worked with were all occult and witchcraft practitioners and they practise it with glee and relish.
Once they observe that you don’t belong to their satanic associations, you automatically become the target of their witchcraft attacks and arrows. So, if there are 100 of them in the school be ready to receive an equal number of arrows each day, both physically and spiritually. Your dreams will be perpetual battle field.
I always tell my students, one, that there is no pride, dignity or personal fulfilment in getting all the distinctions in all the subjects when the efforts in achieving such a feat is not one’s personal effort.
I often tell my students that it is better to score credits in all the subjects through their own efforts than to score all the ‘A’ grades through the efforts of the teacher who comes to give them assistance in the examination hall.
If you are a parent and you know that you engage in examination malpractice with so called teachers and ‘professional’ examination malpractitioners, you are simply telling your child that he can never achieve anything good in life. You are telling that child that he can never succeed in life because as a matter of fact, success in life starts from one’s academic performance, especially at the high school level.
Even your own future is in jeopardy because by not allowing and encouraging your kids to work hard in school and write their exams by themselves, instead of depending on others, you are preparing a Future in which they will end up not being able to fend for themselves, let alone taking care of you. It really doesn’t matter how rich you may claim to be now; a time will come when those children would be called to take up some challenging responsibilities and if they are half-baked graduates that you are preparing them to become, you will go to your grave a sorrowful parent.
Knowledge is power any day and that power is expressed and demonstrated by that person who has it by the way he demonstrated that knowledge practically no matter who is watching; president, governor, king, queen, anybody.
Ponder over this matter. What type of a child are you raising? Tomorrow will tell.
