The Evil of Betrayal of Trust.

In this world we live today, betrayal of trust is so rampant that you don’t know who to trust any more. Many people live and flourish based mainly on their ability to betray their fellow human beings, particularly, those who trust them.

So, betrayal of trust is the in-thing today in our world. Parents betray their children. Children betray their parents. Friends betray their friends. Employers betray their employees. Employees betray their employers. Neighbour betrays neighbour. Pastors betray church members. Church members betray pastors. Brothers and sisters in the church betray one another.

Betrayal of trust knows no bounds in these our days. And this is because the fear of God has become very very rare. The very few who have some little fear of God and try to do the will of God are constantly and viciously persecuted, betrayed and made to live under the valley of the shadow of death every day. As such, it is extremely difficult to find a true christian in our world these days.

Most people, whether inside the church or outside of it, give all their time to the pursuit of Mammon and money and all the worldly possessions. And they go to any length to get those things they want, even if it will take the shedding of innocent blood of their fellow human beings.

Any wonder we hear and read about the many who have killed their father or mother to sacrifice to Satan in exchange for blood money, wealth and fame these days.

Did you not hear about the man who, in his quest to become rich overnight, cut off the head of his mother, yes, his own mother, and buried her head in his living room?

He needed money at all costs, so he was told to kill his mother, his own mother who nurtured him from the womb to adulthood. He betrayed her on the altar of the god of Mammon and money. Betrayal of trust.

A man got married to a woman he claimed that he loved. They lived together, had children and started a family. But one fateful day, this man went out with that his wife. Their children knew that daddy and mommy went out together. But later that day, only their father returned home.

The children looked out to see their mother enter the house with their father, but mother was not following after daddy. “What of mommy?” The children, eager to see and welcome mommy back, wondered aloud.

“Mommy will soon be back. She branched at the market to buy some food stuffs,” daddy assured the children. “Okay, mommy will soon return with what she has gone to buy for us,” the children believed their father’s words and went back to play.

The children waited for hours, the hours grew into days, days into weeks and months, and months turned into years, yet mother’s return turned into a mirage. Mommy was, it seemed, still buying the food stuffs daddy had told them some years back.

The children became frustrated waiting for their mother to return to no avail, but father continued to assure them that she would return. He applied several methods and tricks to convince them why it was taking mommy long to return home from the market.

Meanwhile, there was a room in the house which their father had warned them never to enter, come near it or ever open it. The children innocently obeyed their father and kept their distance from the room.

After many years during which time the children had given up hope of ever seeing their mother again, one fateful day, this man forgot to lock that room that was made out of bounds to the children. He left the key hanging on the key hole and went out.

One of the children stumbled on the open door. He was surprised to see the door open and left unlocked by their father. The boy looked left and looked right and left again to make double sure that daddy was not hanging around somewhere watching to see who would go near the door.

After making sure that nobody was around and watching, he tiptoed to the door, opened it a little wider and peered in. To his consternation and amazement, lo and behold, his several years missing mother was inside the room, kneeling on the floor motionless. On her head was a calabash which was supported with her two hands.

Fear gripped him and he screamed “mommy! What are you doing here? We have been waiting for you to come home all these years”.

But before the poor boy could finish what he was saying, more shocking and strange things began to happen. Wands of crisp currency notes started gushing out of the woman’s body. The boy shaking and shivering with shock and fear ran out to alert his older ones to come and see what he had discovered.

The children rushed to the place only to see the whole room running over with wands of crisp currency notes and their mother’s motionless image in a kneeling position vomiting money. They raised alarm and the neighbours gathered to behold the unimaginable wonders they had ever seen in their lives.

By the time the man returned from wherever it was he had gone to that day, there was a great pandemonium in his house. His long kept secret had been exposed and he had nowhere to hide. He became a public spectacle of shame. Betrayal of trust.

No doubt, that woman might have thought that she had married a man who loved her. She had trusted him and had no fear to follow him to anywhere without any suspicion or fear. She trusted and had confidence in the man she married.

Little did she know, however, that that day she gave her hand in marriage to that man marked the beginning of her doom. The man she had trusted and loved betrayed her and used her for money making ritual. Tragic and pathetic.

God will always expose the wicked in such a way that the truth will be incontestable. It will be obvious and clear for all eyes to see so that the culprit will not offer any excuse or alibi.

If you are in the league of traitors and want to continue in the way of Judas Iscariot, good luck to you; go ahead. Go on and continue in your wickedness, deceit and betrayal of people’s confidence and trust in you. But you know what? One day, the God from whom there is no secret will open your can of worms. He will make you a public spectacle; a gazing stock and you will have nowhere to hide your shame.

Another Nigerian man confessed how he had killed eleven of his sisters’ sons and daughters in sacrifice to Satan for money and fame. In addition to killing his nephews and nieces, he also killed his mother for the same purpose.

His sisters, nephews and nieces and his mother had trusted him, but like Judas Iscariot, he betrayed and sold their souls to Satan and collected money dripping with blood in return.

These were people who would never have thought that he would betray them to the point of sacrificing them to Satan for money.

In his confession after nemesis had caught up with him, he revealed that his mother loved him so much and did all that she could to make him happy as a child because he was her only son after ten previous pregnancies had produced ten female offspring. He was not only an only son of the parents, he was also the last born.

He betrayed eight of his elder sisters by sacrificing their children one after the other to Satan. And each time any of those kids died, he would be the first to rush to cry with them and condole them.

While he was busy donating his nephews and nieces to Satan, his old mother was being suspected and accused of being the witch eating up her grandchildren. Of course, this is what people do here in Nigeria because so many do not have the discerning eye to decode mysteries.

This man betrayed his mother, his eleven nephews and nieces, and eight sisters. He betrayed his father too, having killed his wife and his grandchildren one after the other.

Just as Judas Iscariot sold his Master Jesus Christ to the Jews for 30 pieces of silver, this man sold the souls of his loved ones to the Devil in exchange for money, fame and worldly possessions.

He slaughtered his loved ones on the altar of Mammon and money. Satan took all these precious souls from him and not long after, turned around to demand for his very own head too.

This man even killed his childhood and bosom friend, a young man of the same age of 24, who was in his final year in the university. This his friend trusted him but he donated him to his cult, to the god that gave him his blood money.

But, what was the end of his love affair with Satan after feeding him with the flesh and blood of his innocent relations and friends? His perceived friend and cohort, Satan all of a sudden turned around and demanded for his own soul.

His ‘friend’ the Devil made it clear to him that he would accept no other head than his. He would accept no other blood than his and would accept no other flesh than his. Now, it was his own turn to be devoured by Satan.

Before that day, he never ever thought that Satan would one day demand for his own head. It was at this juncture that he ever remembered that there is a person known as God Almighty.

When he had gone to all the witch doctors who themselves are agents of Satan, and failed to find solution to Satan’s death sentence and time was ticking away from him, he now decided to run to the church to seek for God’s intervention.

If not that the devil demanded for his head, would he have remembered God? The straight answer is no.

Are you there and you have the habit to betray those who trust you? How many people have you betrayed? Is it not yet time for you to change and turn over a new leaf? Is it not time for you to turn back and seek God, your Maker?

Are you there? Go and ask the people mention above today; they are some of the most wretched people because the Devil who deceived them collected all the wealth, riches, possessions and fame he gave to them. But, you know what? Satan did not return what he took from them; all the souls he collected from them are gone forever.

For those who are bent on going to the Devil to seek for money and fame, let my counsel sink into your head, Satan does not play fair. He does not play fair.

Another person, a Ghanaian man, he wanted money desperately and at all costs, so his friend directed him to the Devil. When he got to the devil’s place, he was told to write a letter to the devil and explain what he wanted.

He wrote that he wanted to see Satan face to face. He was told that he had to pass through some initiations first before he could qualify to meet Satan one on one.

One of the initiations required him to go into a dark room or chamber. Inside the dark chamber, he was to be given 150 lashes of flogging on his bar back by an unseen force. During this flogging, he was not to make any sound, groaning or cry. If he made any sound, he would die instantly and that would mean that he failed the initiation exercise.

He and one other man came for the initiation at the same time. The other man went into a separate chamber while he too went into another chamber and the initiation started.

This Ghanaian man revealed that while they were going through the flogging, he heard the sudden loud cry of the man in the other chamber. After that scream, there was no more sound from that place again. Meaning that the other man could not survive the initiation. He died in the process.

This Ghanaian man endured the 150 lashes of thrashing and never made any sound. When he came out of the torture chamber, he was congratulated and asked to wait for the next line of action.

He was later called to their satanic altar and given a sword and an infant baby girl to slaughter as a ritual. He did. They told him to sacrifice another virgin girl to their master, Satan. He did so.

According to this man, another condition he must fulfil before he could see Satan face to face was to sacrifice a virgin. He was given a virgin girl of about sixteen years of age and he carried out the sacrifice. I will not go into details of how that was done because it was horrible.

At the end of these satanic human sacrifice rituals, he was informed that he was now qualified to see Satan face to face. When he appeared before Satan, Satan asked him to make his request. He requested for wealth, riches, fame and long life.

Satan told him that everything he had requested had been granted him except long life. At that time, he was about 20 years of age. Satan told him that he would allow him to live to 50 years of age and then he would die.

All these meetings and initiations took place in California, USA. At the end of his initiation, he returned to Ghana his country to start his walk with Satan.

All of a sudden, this young man became stinkingly rich. And he was doing some evil exploits for Satan. He was also visiting his cult in the USA every year to renew his initiation with more human heads and blood.

His problem however started not long after his initiation. He said that as soon as he returned to Ghana his country, he could not see his manhood again. That was the first shocker he received. Then Satan informed him that he was the one who took it. Satan told him that his manhood was in his custody. He had to take his manhood because one of their agreements was that he would not sleep with any woman.

Then, at the age of 29, Satan told him that he had breached their covenant and therefore gave him 40 days to prepare to die. Remember that he was just 29 and not yet 50 which was the agreement, but Satan demanded for his head at barely 29, with some flimsy reasons. Does Satan play fair? You judge it yourself. He promised to allow the young man live up to 50, but before he clocked 30, he demanded for his head giving him just 40 days to prepare to die.

When he was told by his ‘father’ Satan that it was time up for him, he became scared, worried and seriously troubled. Meanwhile he had stashed millions in various bank accounts. So, by the time Satan discovered that his man was not complying with his order, he began to unleash terror at him.

This man said that one day after Satan had passed death sentence on him, he received a phone call that one of his buildings had gone up in flames. He knew that it was Satan at work.

His building burnt down to ashes. He later called someone to do certain work for him which would cost just about six hundred thousand naira. He wrote a cheque to pay the man for the job. But when his account balance was checked, only six thousand naira was found there. An account he claimed he had more than twenty million naira in.

He became apprehensive as he headed to the next bank where he had millions as well but met another six thousand naira only. The same was the outcome at another bank where he equally had millions. It then dawned on him that Satan had retrieved all the money he had given him and left only six thousand in each of the three different accounts a figure which obviously symbolized his demonic number ‘666’.

Satan returned him to abject poverty immediately and his days were running out fast. He became confused and was at the verge of running mad.

It was at that point that a Christian woman neighbour noticed his strange behaviour and condition and convinced him to come to church and cry to Jesus the Saviour for intervention. Even when he eventually got to the church his tormentor did not want him to enter the church building. But in the end Satan was overpowered and the man was rescued from sudden death in the hand of Satan by a powerfully anointed man of God.

This serves as a warning to all those who want to make money at all costs and they go to Satan. All what Satan gives to his followers are fake, counterfeits which he would in no time collect back in addition to your head.

It is only God who can bring one out of poverty. It is only God who can bless you without asking for your head, blood or whatever.

Silver and gold belong to God. In fact, God has put in everyone of us the power to get wealth and be progressive in life. Many cannot wait for God to nurture us to maturity when we can wisely manage what He gives to us. That is why you see people going to Satan who always brings more problems to them in the end.

It is written, “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof…” Also, in the book of Haggai, it is written “The silver is mine and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts”.

Furthermore, we can see in the book of Deuteronomy where it is written “But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is He that giveth thee power to get wealth”.

People are too quick to condemn Judas Iscariot who betrayed the Lord Jesus Christ his own Master for 30 pieces of silver, but many have that same attribute of the great traitor, Judas Iscariot. All betrayers of people’s trust are brothers and sisters of Judas Iscariot.
